Delivery transit times may vary depending on the time of year and your delivery location. The times below are estimates so we advise you to allow some extra time if the bike is required for a particular date.

Tax Payments for Non EU customers

*Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT, however you will be responsible for paying your own countries taxes. This applies to UK customers since 1st January 2021. The delivery costs shown below are not part of the VAT and duty payment; they are specifically for delivering the package to the destination. See our customer satisfaction page for more info.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a full refund. When the bike is returned to us we will issue your refund minus a €40 re-stocking fee. This fee is to cover the associated costs of packing and shipping a bike that will be returned to us.

Your Bike delivery

Once your item is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking code. Deliveries in the European Union and the United Kingdom are by DPD.

USA deliveries are with UPS and all other in international deliveries are through AnPost who normally work with the national post service of the destination country. For example, in Canada the AnPost tracking can be used at www.canadapost.com, in Australia use AusPost, United Arab Emirates use EmPost etc. If you have any questions please contact us and we will help track your order.
